Responsibilities :
- Maintaining and updating project progress and details ;
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings ;
- Liaison with the field team and update the project status on a regular basis ;
- Documenting the project documents and circulating the project correspondences among the stakeholders ;
- Preparing necessary project-related documents ;
- Provide required project-related data or information.
Skills required for the position:
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery;
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and phased action plans;
- Very good organisational skills including time management and multi-tasking;
- Strong customer relations and teamwork skills;
- Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control;
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner;
- Practical experience of project management tools;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
