Our client is a network infrastructure and consultancy company providing services in the fields of core networks, open source software, network titles, RF, transmission, complete project and resource management, human resources outsourcing, technical auditing, IT technical support, software applications and development. zones.
Job Overall Function :
To oversee the implementation of new technical systems and solutions throughout an entire organization. They often customize solution integration strategies and account for implementation resources, time and training needs to best support employees.Responsibilities :
- To oversee the end-to-end implementation of project, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
- To manage team & performance to ensure timeliness, accuracy, compliance, and quality as it relates to customer implementations;
- To analyse customer needs and current market trends and make recommendations to the company in terms of processes and service optimization;
- Timely coordination of roll-out related site/tower acquisition/co-location activities and telecom implementation manpower allocation and site supervision according to agreed rollout plan;
- Support resource planning and dimension, and daily coordination;
- Preparation of project progress reports including action point list;
- Ensuring that all project tasks are timely and accurately reported to the project manager (PMO) and telecom implementation scheduling updated based on rollout plan;
- Monitoring site supervisors schedule and activity from installation and commission to site acceptance;
- Continuous assessment of third-party site integration teams for telecom implementation;
- Work closely with Project Manager in ensuring successful closure of project;
- Cooperate with RAN and supply chain/logistics teams;
- Participate in competence transfer program for local engineers;
- Support project meetings with tower companies and partner operators, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem- solving skills;
- The ability to identify areas for improvement;
- A self-starter with demonstrated commercial acumen;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams;
- Must have telecommunications background with knowledge in telecom Civil Work;
- Must have good proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel Spread sheet for reporting and project monitoring and controlling;
- Ability to Communicate in English is an added advantage.
