SENIOR ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Our client is a global player in telecommunications solutions for telephone operators. The Senior Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for attracting new prospects and set strategic plans to reach new enterprise clients.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES
Accountabilities:
- Identifies new Business Opportunities, Analyzing the market, & Staying ahead of the competition in the industry ;
- Generates New Sales leads, Pipeline execution, & Maintaining updated Prospects Database ;
- Conducts client-facing activities and Driving executive relationship meetings & discussions;
- Increases the company’s revenues and cash flow ;
- Opens new markets & new ways to reach for existing markets ;
- Manages Live Accounts & Maintaining good Business Partnerships ;
- Knowledge and application of ISO norms ;
- Keen to perform other duties upon request and as deemed necessary ;
Performance Measures / Success criteria
- Maintains reports about the market analysis on time, in order to achieve competitive advantage
- Ensures updated prospects database on daily basis
- Participates in meetings with clients when applicable, to ensure strong bond with them
- Ensures profit growth on regular basis
- Contacts new and existing markets for more future opportunities
- Maintains a profitable relationship with clients on regular basis
- Applies Company and his department policies, procedures and forms
- Accepts new tasks, challenges, projects, etc. and starts organizing his duties and time accordingly
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements:
Holder of Masters/Bachelor degree in Business Management/TelecomKnowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business development role, sales executive, or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent in English and Arabic

- Ability to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Ability to conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Ability to arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Ability to promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Communications:
- Internal: Contact with all the departments and employees within the company in all matters related to his/her duties
- External: Contact with the suppliers/ vendors and contractors (when applicable)
