Operations Specialist

Our client is a team of professionals in the international trade of high quality steel products. The company has extensive experience in international trade with buyers from over 70 countries.

Responsibilities:

• Documentary support and control of transactions with the company's clients;
• Preparation of model form of contracts, invoices and specifications for cargo transactions for clients;
• Control of signature of the contract and its execution from companies’ and clients’ side;
• Liaison with all departments of the company;
• Control of the process of signing documents, their distribution by departments;
• Control of the processes of payment and dispatch of goods from the warehouse;
• Maintaining with clients data and stocks review;
• Reporting.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a metallurgical company will be a plus;
• Excellent spoken and written English and French are required;
• Excellent spoken and written English and French are required;
• Work experience in an international company will be a plus;
• Work experience in an international company will be a plus;
• Diploma in logistics will be a plus;
• Perfect knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
• Knowledge of CRM system or SYSOHADA will be a plus;
• Attentiveness, accuracy, structurality, ability to work under pressure.
