
Front Office Agent
Our client is in the agri-food industry.
MISSION:
To ensure Customers’ orders arrives to the customer as requested, on time and with the maximum efficiency, ensuring the compliance of the internal procedures and commercial conditions agreed between both parts.
MAIN TASKS:
- Orders management: reception, introduction in the system, checking (prices, products, quantities, availability, delivery date…). To ensure that the order accomplish with the agreement with the customer, it’s serviceable, and it’s efficient. Contact with the customer to find solutions if any issue. Follow-up of the order from reception until delivery.
- Delivery management: Communication and coordination with Logistic Operator to ensure the correct delivery. Work on delivery planning to ensure the efficiency of the logistic operations. Confirm the deliveries in the system once have been done.
- Customer complaints: reception, understanding, management, response.
- Control of the logistic operator: information on deliveries and stocks, services done, invoices.
- Keep the sales team informed on orders, deliveries and commercial agreements accomplishments. Giving them the needed administrative support.
- Follow-up of payments: cheque reception. Coordination with treasury to ensure banks accounts and customers accounts match.
- Link between local service to customers and West Africa customer service department for back office purpose (customers masterdata, credit control) and projects.
SKILLS:
- High or medium degree in logistics, trade or business administration.
- Customer oriented. Good communication skills. Organized. Tolerance to stress.
- Preferably SAP user
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar role.
- French and English speaker.
