
DIRECT SALES DIRECTOR
International Staffing Company is recruiting for one of its clients in telecomunications a Sales Director. His/her role will mainly be to direct the distribution or effective circulation of a product or service to the client through the company's retail stores.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Coordinate outside sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives;
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers;
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs;
- Determine price schedules and discount rates;
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability;
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts;
- Monitor budget and give reports as needed;
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs;
- Handle customer service issues
Skills, Knowledge & experience
- Master Degree in Business Administration
- Mandatory: Bachelor degree
- Preferred: Sales or telecommunication background
- At least 10 years of sales experience
Technical skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Sales techniques
