Responsabilities:
- Recruitment, Selection, and Retention;
- Employee Orientation, Development, and Training Administration;
- Providing support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines;
- Employee attendance and leave management;
- Defining and handling grievance and disciplinary procedures;
- Ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures;
- Employees’ welfare administration;
- Ensuring timely performance review of the team;
- Ensuring salaries and compensation are processed according to company procedures.
