Our client is an actor in the education sector who recently started operating in Senegal and is looking for a HR Manager.

Responsabilities:

• Recruitment, Selection, and Retention;
• Employee Orientation, Development, and Training Administration;
• Providing support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines;
• Employee attendance and leave management;
• Defining and handling grievance and disciplinary procedures;
• Ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures;
• Employees’ welfare administration;
• Ensuring timely performance review of the team;
• Ensuring salaries and compensation are processed according to company procedures.
