Our client is a global leader in smart technologies and complete lifecycle solutions for marine and energy markets. The centre manager will handle the security, operational and financial matters while overseeing the booking of resources.
Accountabilities:

- Ensure that the business objectives and targets are met
- Lead and coach personnel within own team(s)
- Create and implement action plans for own team(s), way of workings, rules and regulations
- Ensure the Global Processes and one way of working are understood and followed in cooperation with other Centre Managers
- Resource management
- Ensure excellent cooperation and communication with related functions, and act as interface to stakeholders
- Ensure that customer, SU’s and other stakeholders’ needs are understood and part of strategies, targets and plans
- Cross-functional and cross-divisional communication.
- Management reporting
- Promote an operational excellence approach, align with SU’s/other departments in operational excellence initiative
- Develop competent Team Leaders and grant employee satisfaction
- Implement solutions, strategies, ways of working, as well as the spare part handling process for own sub-functions, together with the global PCM team
- Support the internal cooperation and working relationship with enablers and stakeholders
- Encourage innovation and self-development
Requirements:
Education:- B.Sc or M.Sc degree (technical or commercial) and/or equivalent working experience
