Our client is an embassy. The main role of the Secretary will be to perform advanced, diverse and confidential administrative support duties for the Centre Manager.
Job General Objective
Perform advanced, diverse and confidential administrative support duties for the Centre Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform advanced, diverse, and confidential administrative support for the Centre Manager.
- Organize external and internal meetings, and incorporate these into complex calendar and scheduling requirements, assessing the priority of appointments and reallocating as necessary.
- Receive and deal with incoming telephone calls and visitors, and re-directing or taking messages where necessary.
- Organize and maintain effective electronic and paper based filing systems.
- Provide high quality secretarial and organizational support to the team.
- Conduct any other tasks entrusted by the Centre manager to ensure work continuity at the Centre.

Job Minimum Requirements :
- Qualifications : High school Certificate/ BA
- Practical Experience : Administration Support
