MIS Coordinator

Our client believes that education is one of the greatest catalysts for transformation. It is essential for human development and is at the heart of any socio-economic development programme across nations.

Responsibilities :

• Collect the project-related data from the field and Consolidate the same ;
• Generate the MIS/report of a project on a timely basis ;
• Maintaining records/files in the office ;
• Coordinating and verifying bills and other documents in synchronization with Sr. Accountant ;
• Keeping and updating the contact details of all internal and external stakeholders;
• Any other need base work assigned by the supervisor.

Skills required for the position :

• Very good at reading, writing, and speaking both English and French Language ;
• Well-versed in computer operation with good typing speed ;
• Should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point.
