COMMERCIAL MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS AND AGRICULTURE)
Notre client est une multinationale spécialisée dans la transformation de produits agricoles et industrielles chimiques destinés à l'alimentation, l'agriculture, les métaux, les transports offrant également des services de gestion des risques. Le Responsable commercial travaille sous la supervision du Country GM et sera chargé entre autre d'accroître les ventes de l entreprise.
Missions
- Implement means to achieve Agricultural/Chemical inputs Business Plan
- Manage and grow the commercial department
- Develop the marketing tools and plan the advertising campaigns
- Full P&L responsibility for the department
- Manage and develop customer portfolio on all product lines
- In charge of debt collection
- Implement product development (registration) and marketing plan
- Manage the supply (purchase, importation) and sales of products
- Manage the inventory in line with working capital improvement KPI’s
- Supervise Sales team credit risk
- Management of Key Customers
- Purchase of inputs to Head Office
- Implement and supervise development and marketing action
- Hire and grow people in your team
Profil Requis
- Master in Agronomy/Chemistry - Business School
- 5 years as Manager of Sales Department - Business Development
- African business knowledge
- Marketing and Sales skills
- Strategic vision
- Structured and mobile profile preferably with African exposure
- Pesticide, fertilizer, seeds and chemicals technical knowledge
- Language Skills : Strong English Level and Bilingual in French
