CALL SERVICE OPERATOR
Our customer is a world leading company in the field of eletronics. The call service operator will Handle and resolve customers on queries and complaints . His mission is to ensure customer satisfaction .
Missions
- To make outbound calls to customer to empathize and apologise with them on long delay in repairs
- To call customers whose units have been repaired but took longer than the required TAT
- To call customers who were dissatisfied during happy calls and ensure that service recovery is done as appropriate to restore confidence back in the brand
- Handle and resolve customers on queries and complaints via email channel with 24 TAT response time
- To improve customer satisfaction and to ensure our entire customer’s get a wow experience before and after repairs
- To check customer’s feedback and report daily to the management
- To ensure that the Company is known as a brand that truly cares through its excuses and apologies call programmes
- To take off service from service from dealers in Senegal through dealer care support
- Take inbound calls from Senegal customers where necessary
Job Requirements
- Minimum BAC
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Call center experience is a plus
- Proficiency in French, English and Wolof
- Dynamisc; Patient; Persuasive
