Our client is an embassy. The attestation Officer will have to check on the certificates and documents to be ratified and ensure that ratification tasks are carried out in accordance to the policies and procedures whether these documents are issued outside and must be ratified, or issued by an authority in the and must be ratified to be used in outside the .
Job General Objective
Check on the certificates and documents to be ratified and ensure that ratification tasks are carried out in accordance to the policies and procedures whether these documents are issued outside and must be ratified, or issued by an authority in the and must be ratified to be used in outside the.
Job Responsibilities
- Attest the certificates and documents by conducting ratification tasks such as but not limited to :
- Collection the original documents and certificates to be ratified and ensure the health and validity of the documents.
- Ensure all signature required for ratification process exists.
- Confirm the identity of the client by verifying personal passport / identity card – National ID
- Request signature of the client in case of certifying documents being for non- presence of the client in person
- Confirm paying the ratification fees by checking ratification fee receipt
- Report cases of counterfeit documents
- Ensure that tasks conducted complies with policies and procedures
- Enter all information provided in the related data base and ensure accuracy of information entered.
- Prepare letters for marriage permit applications to abroad citizens.
- Any other duties that may be related

Job Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications : Bachelor's degrees in public relations / administration any related field
- Practical Experience : 2 -3 years’ experience in a related field preferable in an international environment
