Responsabilities :

• Experience/exposure in setting up an office ;
• Manage office supplies and place orders ;
• Prepare regular reports on office budgets and expenses ;
• Organize a filing system for important office documents ;
• Updates office policies as needed ;
• Arrange travel and accommodation for Office Staff ;
• Organize events or functions for the Office ;
• Arrangements for official conferences as and when required ;
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, Vehicles, and equipment ;
• Monitoring daily admin-related activities and routine office facility checkups ;
• Keep updated on local Government rules and regulations ;
• Keep a record of all Company assets and inventory ;
• Should be a good team leader and able to overcome obstacles ;
• Liaison with office managers and keep them updated about information and policy changes if any .
