Our client is an Embassy. As an accountant, you will have to keep complete track of the Consular centre’s accounting and report the same to Embassy and MOFAIC.
Job General Objective
Keep complete track of the Consular centre’s accounting and report the same to Embassy and MOFAIC
Job Responsibilities
- Keep records of all financial transactions at the consular center
- Keep track of all petty cash expenses in the consular section. Report any irregularities.
- Prepare and send regular reports and MIS as required by Embassy and MOFAIC
- Insure that the accounts from all cashiers are in order. Report any irregularities.
- Prepare and Present data statistics and analysis as and when required.
- Keep track of any tax payable or refund on tax to be claimed.
- Keep the Embassy and MOFAIC accounts updated in there software’s.

Job Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications: Accounting degree / Arabic literature
- Practical Experience: Accounting experience
- Approved Certificates : Accounts degree.
